Mitchell Street Village is a luxury guesthouse which offers Hermanus accommodation and is only 1 hour and 15 mins drive from Cape Town. Immerse yourself in the luxury accommodation of our country house bed and breakfast retreat and relax in the beautiful Walker Bay and its surrounds.

For the best accommodation in Hermanus, Mitchell Street Village has 12 tastefully appointed luxury en suite rooms. Our rooms boast either private courtyards and sunken baths or fireplaces and romantic balconies, and all of them have the atmosphere to make you feel at home and relaxed in the tranquil surrounds of our county house.

Our breakfast, made famous by previous guest comments, is served from 8am to 9.30 in our elegant dining room, and is bound to leave you feeling satisfied and ready to make the most of your day in Hermanus.

We have 2 swimming pools on the property, a black one, which is usually wonderfully warm and a sparkling blue one to revive you after a long day of "relaxation". Our gardens and courtyards are large enough for you to have your own space and intimate enough to feel part of a boutique experience.

Crayfish dinners (in season) can be arranged by prior notice and served in a venue of your choice around the guesthouse, or we will be delighted to make a reservation at one of the restaurants in the village.

Directions

Take the N2 from Cape Town turn at the Bot River/Hermanus turn off. Continue all the way through the village to the Marine Hotel, at this 4-way stopturn left into Lord Roberto Rd and then left into Mitchell St, 300 metres on the right hand side you will find us.
