Riversdale is known for its proximity to the "sleeping beauty" mountain range as well as its huge variety of "fynbos" flora growing wild on the hills and mountains surrounding the town. Our location is ideal if you want to experience farm life, explore the garden route, enjoy the beaches at Still Bay or just relax.

Kweekkraal Guest Farm is conveniently situated on the N2, the main route between Cape Town and Port Elizabeth, about 300 kilometers from Cape Town, 20 kilometers from Heidelberg and 9 kilometers from Riversdale, our nearest town.

Accommodation

Self-Catering Cottages
All the luxurious cottages are beautifully furnished and fully eqipped with refrigerators and cooking facilities.

Khoi and Boegoe Cottage
The one bedroom cottages consist of a large double bedroom with ensuite bathroom a livingroom/kitchenette and sleeps 2 people. There is also a sleeper couch in the living room, suitable for 1 adult or 2 children.

Stone Cottage
The rustic stone cottage "Tekoa" is situated in the farm's game park, on the slopes of a pond about one kilometer away from the main house. It consists of two bedrooms, a living room and bathroom and sleeps up to 8 people.

The name "Tekoa" is derived from a biblical term meaning safe haven and is ideal for those who want to experience a step back in time living in the outdoors.
