Description

Whether it's fishing, canoeing, bird watching, hiking, mountain biking, swimming or sitting on the deck watching the sunset, there is something for everyone in this secluded retreat. South Africa's finest beaches are easily accessible, as is the Knysna Forest, where you might even see one of the wild elephants still living there.

Rates

Christmas and the New Year (December 16th - January 16th) (5 night minimum)
  • R1000 per chalet per night for four people sharing. Additional guests, using sleeper couch R175 pppn.

Easter and Oyster Festival
  • R850 per chalet per night for four people sharing. Additional guests, using sleeper couch R100 pppn

The rest of the year
  • R175 pppn

Directions

Sedgefield- on -sea can easily be accessed by road as it lies on the N2 between George and Knysna. Turn north on the Karatara Ruigtevlei road - opposite Groenvlei and just past Lake Pleasant resort. This turning is 5 kms east of the centre of Sedgefield. Drive straight up the hills towards Barrington. Our signboard and farm gate are on the left immediately after the 15 kms distance marker from the N2. We are 1km from the farm gate and through a second gate. Our neighbours are Teniqua Treetops and they have brown tourist signs to help find the way.
