Whether on business or holiday, home comforts and privacy will ensure a memorable stay in this graciously restored historic homestead (circa 1880). Polished wooden floors, four poster beds and antique furniture & fireplaces give warmth and character to the spacious high-ceilinged rooms. Swimming pool set in a magnificent garden. Dinner on request - with the emphasis on South African cooking. Secure parking. Four spacious rooms. One with self-catering option - please note it can only sleep 2 people. We have one room with wheelchair access.

Stander Street runs parallel to Courtney Street also known as Knysna Road, the main road running through George toward Knysna. Turn north into Second Street out of Courtney Street, through the circle and left at the Stop street : we are situated at 36 Stander Street.
