Mandy, a South African, moved to the UK with two young babies in 1988... 19 years later she has returned with husband Steven  and children, Bronwen, Megan and Christopher to South Africa - Once Africa is in your blood, its hard to get rid of!

We can offer you a warm family atmostphere and all the advice you may need within your stay in South Africa. We can also arrange tours (Please see tours section) and organise car hire / other places to stay along the Garden Route, Addo Elephant Park, Cape Town and anywhere else you fancy visiting!

Alternatively, we are the perfect stop over for your journey through. So after a busy day of travelling or exploring, come have a drink beside the pool under the stars, enjoy the peace and quiet and rest your weary head at Cheetah Lodge...

Cheetah Lodge is a luxury African-style, family-run guesthouse and B&B in Mossel Bay, with views of the wonderful Outeniqua Mountains and only five minutes by car from idyllic white-sand beaches. Neighbouring a game farm, our guests can experience fantastic quad bike safaris and see Cheetah and other African game up close. We also arrange spectacular golfing at Pinnacle Point and Mossel Bay Golf Course.

By summer, relax by the pool and jacuzzi sipping drinks or enjoy the garden, birds and horses. In winter the cozy lounge area with fireplace and TV will make you feel comfortable and relaxed after your numerous day activities.

Cheetah Lodge is a haven of serenity with a choice of elegant African Style rooms located in the original Farm House within a stunning garden. Each room is tastefully furnished with exquisite colonial furniture and all rooms overlook the mountains, the swimming pool or our manicured gardens.

Our Honeymoon suite, The Cheetah Room is romantic, private and African.. Enjoy a champagne breakfast and the most romantic honeymoon you can imagine. Please ask for details of Honeymoon package.

Accommodation

Come and experience a real luxurious African experience. Each room is tastefully furnished with exquisite colonial furniture and all rooms overlook the Outeniqua Mountains, the swimming pool or our beautiful gardens. From your window you will see horses and the many birds who roam our property.

Guests can shed their cares and surrender themselves to the quality of personal service, unique to a small luxury establishment. Cheetah Lodge is an ideal starting point for day excursions to some of the beach or mountain attractions, or you can just relax and enjoy our warm South African Hospitality, our Heated Pool and Jacuzzi and our lovely braais and meals.

The heated swimming pool and the jacuzzi in the luxury garden will relax you after your daily activities. In the evening you can have a drink -or braai (BBQ) in our Bush restaurant with pleasure.

In winter the cozy lounge area with fireplace and DSTV will make you fill comfortable and relaxed after your numerous day activities. Wireless internet is also available in your rooms.

The Cheetah room is our private and exclusive suite. With its own entrance you are assured of your privacy in this stunning room. The bed is a luxurious four poster, the en-suite bathroom a truly stunning feature, with shower/bath ensuite and candles.

Our biggest double room with space for an additional 2 single beds if need be. This beautiful room is very light and open with stunning views.

A twin room stunningly decorated with true African flavour. Stunning view of the garden. Walk-in shower.

Th Elephant room boasts one of the best views overlooking the Outeniqua Mountains and the gardens. A lovely bath/shower and an 'elephant' theme compliment this good sized double room.

The Khoi-san double room is one of our favorite rooms with exquisite views of the mountains and gardens, and a gorgeous African shower room. The Khoi-san offers plenty of space and is very private.
