What do our users think

21.11.2009 by D Moodley from south africa
- I planned to spend 5 days at the Plettenberg chalet's but checked out after one night. The place was dirty, the toilet ran constantly and the next morning the stove exploded which put my family at risk so I decided to check out and find another chalet to stay at the resort. I asked to be moved to another chalet and when I checked out of the second chalet, was asked to foot the bill for the repair to the stove at R550. No one had even bothered to appologize for putting us at risk and instead expected me to pay to repair the damage which i refused to do. I was told that someone else had moved into the chalet with the faulty stove thus putting them at risk. The chalet is definitely the smallest I have ever seen and looks more like a wendy house or garden shed than something someone would actually live in. deshinee
